Pay in monthly instalments

Description of the service

Clarence offers you a flexible payment solution enabling you to pay over 3, 6 or 12 monthly instalments (0% interest), with only the first monthly instalment debited at the moment of the purchase.

This service is provided by our partner HeidiPay. It is available to Swiss residents older than 18 years old. It only requires a credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express) and a valid I.D. to complete a fast and simple checkout process. Once completed, you are welcome to collect your purchase in our boutique or we would be delighted to arrange an in-person concierge delivery to your home.

How it works

1. Select HeidiPay at checkout

Add your items to the basket, then select "Pay in instalments with HeidiPay" at checkout. 

2. Select your payment plan duration

You can choose to split your purchase into  3, 6, or 12 monthly instalments. Once selected, your payment plan will be displayed.

3. Enter personal and card details

You can use your preferred credit card (Mastercard, Visa or American Express). 

4. Verify your identity if it is your first purchase with HeidiPay 

Follow the instructions on screen, you will be asked to use your mobile to take a photo of your ID and a selfie. The verification only takes 1 or 2 minutes.
